Originally from Iran, a big part of who I am is shaped by my heritage and culture. I first studied architecture, and through this path, I discovered the beauty and intricacy of handmade tile studios in Iran. Fascinated by the textures, patterns, and stories embedded in these works, I decided to pursue ceramics more deeply, completing a BA and later an MA in Ceramics.

My practice spans bespoke tiles, tableware, and sculptural ceramic art, each piece reflecting a careful approach to form, texture, and design. Some of my sculptural works explore themes such as identity, freedom, and transformation, while my functional pieces and tiles are shaped with attention to detail, material, and aesthetic harmony. For me, clay is a language—a way to convey ideas, emotions, and narratives that words alone cannot capture.

I am deeply inspired by both traditional Persian motifs and contemporary forms, blending heritage with modern approaches in my work. Patterns, textures, and braided forms often appear throughout my practice, creating layers of meaning, symbolism, and personal expression.

Alongside my studio work, I teach and guide students of all levels to discover their own creativity and voice in clay. Whether through workshops, classes, or collaborative projects, I enjoy creating environments where experimentation, learning, and artistic expression come together.
